Tinyest bullet ever, curious...

Whilst sorting the trash from one of the last hunts i noticed a tiny bullet. Covered in mud in the field i thought ball pen tip. I don't have a caliper at home so the measurements are not exact.
Diameter is bigger than 4mm, so it will fit in the .177 range. Lenght is 14mm and the weight is 15.5 grains.

Any ideas?

I was just about to reply on the same lines. It sure looks like one. From Wiki:

I read a bit and it looks like this one is very common in the States and UK and less here in Germany. It's mostly used as closed season caliber by our hunters.
