Real quick post on my finds today, I got a couple really cool buttons (any help in ID would be greatly appreciated) couple bag seals and a little doggie I got with Carolina tom at a different farm. Hole bunch of Tnetters, Scrappy, Carolina Tom, Bartec, and Smokey the cat all came out and killed it with some great finds. I'll let them all post there own finds.

The Scoville is the backmark of the eagle holding the anchor

FANTASTIC finds Brad. Thanks for sharing...

Nicely done. Those are great buttons

Big congrats my man. The military buttons are sweet.

That was a heck of a good time yesterday, and I sincerely appreciate you taking me and the others to your honey hole, that place yielded 3 Spanish silvers in 2 days, so freaking awesome.

In an attempt to hijack your thread, here’s a pic of my silver coins, and a look at the lay of the land.

What a day, creating memories that will last a lifetime, one little hole at the time!

Thanks buddy.

Great Spanish again Mr. Tom. Nice and shiny

Looks like you had a great time with friends and some great finds too. You just can’t beat that. Congrats to all!

Great finds and great presentation.

The results from you and Carolina Tom are fantastic so far.
Congrats on the Civil War buttons.

Looks like a great time. Now tell us the truth. Was Smokey using an Equinox?:laughing7:

In another hijack attempt (not really) here is most of what I dug. The silver is still hiding in the truck, it's a cut 2 reale. Enough to identify but pretty worn. I'll find it when I get out later today. IMG_0901.webp Two bale seals, 1 is 19th century, could/probably used on cloth, two shoe buckle pieces, two handmade brass nails for a ship, large caliber musket ball, there was a Rev War skirmish not all that far away, some smaller buck loads, top to a brass thimble, couple broken buttons, very small ones. two draped bust coppers, no other features are going to be retrieved from the coins, old watch winder and on the right bottom probably a copper contact period Indian trade arrowhead but I'm not sure.

Was a lot of fun. Now, off to work!

A nice assortment of finds hunting with a swell group of friends.

Congrats on those finds Brad, I bet you all had a blast. Wished I'd been there.

Awesome buttons, congratulations! :occasion14:

Great digs. I like those early navy buttons.
