To be silver or not to be silver?! Nice antique Persian piece - What do you think?

Picked this thing up at auction tonight. Think I 'stole' it!!

Can't find "Khosrov" or lion with sickle anywhere! I can find 84, and I believe this is a Persian mark for .875 purity, the Russian standard.

Weight is exactly 700 grams.

What do you folks think?
