Here are a couple of toasted clad dimes I found with my White's XLT. The coins were found on a farm that dates back to the 1840's but hasn't been farmed for a few decades. I assume that farm fertilizers are to blame for the condition of these coins, but I've never seen any this bad before. They were both about an inch deep. I can read part of the date on one and it's from the late 1990's. Anyone else found coins like this? Any ideas how they got this way? Thanks, Tt
