Great persistence.
I've heard that some banks charge 10 cents a roll.
Is that appropriate? Cheap? Expensive?

my wife helps me so it only takes a few hours. i have been lucky on the supply end so far, i am not charged a fee as of yet. it is the dumping that is killing me. i have to pay 3.00/per 1000.00 bag which is around 36.00 per week and i have to purchase the plastic bags for 30.00 per case.
