Today's 4 String boxes of dimes - 11/20/11

Since increasing halves about a month ago, my dime searches have slowed down considerably. Glad I picked up some boxes today.

Box 1 - 1952, 1963
Box 2 - 1954, 1964
Box 3 - 1944 Mercury, 1947, 1956, 1964
Box 4 - Skunk

Congrats, that is a good average per box!

I am in the same boat....I was doing a ton of dimes, but I decided that even though I was consistently finding dimes it made more sense to just max out halves all the time, even with the skunks, it is still more Troy.

With no shortage of banks to source from I think that has been the right move for me so far. Basically I am just getting dimes now when all present half sources are tapped out or an order got missed.

8 keepers from 4 boxes sounds good to me. I found a '60D roosie from a box I searched today. I also got a '64 roosie from just 10 rolls I searched on Fri. So I suppose 2 keepers from $300 searched is almost as good (avg).
