Today's Dimes 6/28/10

Did 3 boxes in dimes and a bunch of handrolled. About 2k in dimes. One of the boxes was a skunk.
Appears that I picked up a couple of dumps as the wrappers on the handrolled had been used more than once. only got 8 keepers 2 Mercs, and six Rosies.
Going to try it again next week.

Congrats on the mercs!

I did a box today and found 4 Rosies (1954,1960d,1964d,1964)

$150 were skunks!

Not giving up the halves but I'm going through 16 boxes to get what I was getting from 8 boxes just a few months ago.
Because of the travel time (traffic jams) to pick up and dump boxes I'm losing four days a week(driving,searching,dumping) on a hobby that I'd rather spend two days on. So I am going to have to figure out a different strategy.
I'm doing the dimes, just to complete a roll of Mercs (need 2) left over from last year, and just for the sake of doing something different. I'll try the dimes again next week and will most likely find the two I need.

I can only say that I wish I had the time and resources you do. I am having to cut back because of expenses. I am even thinking of selling a bit of the stash. Don't want to but money is tight right now.
