Today's Find and some ID Help needed

I got to 2 different locations today. I went to a boy scout camp that dates back to 1925 today for a bit. It's pretty heavily wooded and tough to hunt. I got a pretty big knife that rusted out horribly. I took it to my friend Jim's and we used the bench grinder to clean it up a bit. It has 2 dogs on each side of the handle. I also got a 1939 wheatie and some clad. I also got two things about the size of a quarter that are made out of aluminum I think. One says OSMO Plastic and 1952, and the other says M.P.C. Penta and 1956. And they have holes in the middle where nails once were since I found one with a nail still in it.

Then Jim took me out to an old house made in 1838 I think. I got a 35D and 36 wheatie in the same hole, a 50 Wheat, and then a 41 Mercury. Jim got several wheats, a silver rosie, mercury, and barber dime. The ground has been turned over a lot, so things were off. I think he got his mercury at an inch and a clad rosie at like 8.

My buddy Jim who does lots with guns and knives thought it was pewter. As for any marking on the blade, the only marking I can find so far is rust ;) haha Does anyone know how to remove rust?

As far as cleaning, I tried electolysis on some copper and brass items last weekend and it did an awesome job. They were coroded bad and it took it right off. I've seen it done to steel on t.v. Watched a show about a ship wreck. They restored the cannon by soaking it in salt water with a small charge for a few months. Came out looking good.
Those alluminum tokens look something like what would be nailed to telephone or power pole.
