Today's Finds 3-8-09 Need help with Identification.
We finally got access to some new property way out in the middle of B.F.E , This was our first time hunting land that is not hunted heavily, or at least we dont think it is because of how remote the location is.
It turned out to be good, Mrs Sidmind found This one in the first 5 minutes of searching

20 or so minutes into the hunt Mrs Sidmind was on a role, she found this beautiful little point, I am calling it a Milnesand, Anyone agree or disagree?
According to my book a Milnesand is about 9000 years B.C. she is very excited to get a confirmation on my amature opinion.

Several hours went by before we had a double whammy, I was about about 50 yards from the wife and she started giggling and gave the yell, about 5 seconds later I spotted mine. I am not sure what kind hers is, perhaps a milnesand also.

Unfortunately 5 more hours of searching we didn't find anything and I was very disappointed the two boys didn't find anything today either.
Connor our 13 year old has found only 1 point in 3 months,
Tanner our 15 year hasn't found anything but doesn't go with us as much.
Overall not to bad of a weekend, 4 hour of hunting Friday night, all day Saturday and all day Sunday for a total of 5 Points. We are all very tired..
