The only chance I had to get out there today was a couple hours right in the middle of the day. man was it hot. I managed a nice little graver, a couple scrapers, a small chopper with the end all broken up. and some more pottery. I really think I may find or be able to put together a whole pot from this site. also found some colonial items close to the surface.



Please no jokes about the tablecloth..ha ha

Great stuff and site! I've found large piece of pottery that where hole three times along a crack and had three holes on the other side's piece! I think they were mostly repaired, was a bit of a pain and somewhat long process to make pottery, especially if you weren't close to a clay supply. But I have one re-purposed sherd of decorated pottery that I am sure was used as a pendant.
