Today's finds Broken Clovis!

I went hunting this morning to a field a couple miles from where I live I think I found a broken Clovis point it has a nice flute going up one side but the other side doesn't have a flute it looks to be made out of flint ridge material it's broke but it is still very rare to find a fluted point! I did find a nice little side notch point & 4 broken triangles the field needs a lot more rain on it!

Those pieces ( the broken paleo ) are the ones that keep us dreaming and thinking about what's out there and what we might be fortunate to find the next time or the time after that.
