Drove out of state today 
to a couple schools and a local park in Virginia. Dug the usual clad and just when I was getting a bit tired, I dug a 6" hole and saw a nice '42 Merc staring at me!
I thought I also found a large cent, but it turned out to be a dime which someone had placed on the railroad tracks and flatened out
. Oh well, had a good time and got some exercise and fresh air anyways....HH/NS.
