What does it say inside that ring? My neck don't bend like that so good. Did I see two rings?

Sorry don't know why it spun the picture...the men's band is flawless not a scratch on it..probably lost this weekend..and it says SPIKES-Tu tungsten jewelry.. I could hardly contain my excitement lol..my first ever ring that wasn't junk...

The second ring was a child's ring I think made of aluminum with glass inlay, which most have been lost. Probably from being tossed around by the tide.

I plan on it. once I get a new scoop.. the one I had bit the dust or should I say a good rock.

Congrats on your first ring

You can not scratch tungsten. It will stay shiny no matter what. Nice job

Thank you for sharing your hunt and those pictures

Thank you everyone....I'm happy to share. I hope there are many more like it lol..

I haven't even looked it up yet I had no idea you can't scratch Tu. The ring looks amazing I'm so stoked to have found it.

I've only found a few rings and only one was what would be considered a keeper. But they are all exciting when you see them in the hole or plug. Congrats on your first good quality ring.

Thank you beez...I had to contain myself lol I did a little happy dance in the sand and kept it moving

Congrats on your handsome ring! :hello2: :icon_thumright: Be sure to share with us your future ring finds!

My wedding band is tungston & still looks new. Although tungston rings don't scracth, they can shatter if dropped on hard surface, though I've dropped mine several times with no problem. Another poster on t-net stated that if a tungston ring needs to be sawed off, it takes hours, very different from sawing silver. But rarely do rings need to be sawed off!
Have Fun! :cat: Andi

Ty golden..from my readings it's very durable and seems to not cause allergic reactions like some metals can. I'm very very happy with this find, I wish it were gold though lol. Tu is nowhere near the price of a gold or silver ring, but all being said a super great find for me.
