todays hauul to the scrap yard 7/07/07

hello all,

took a load of steel to the scrap yard today. 800 pounds @ .06 per pound = $47.35

no too bad, now back to breaking down the other stuff in the back yard. Man there's alot of stuff. I'll try to have pictures for the next load.

I had some big things this time that I could not break down, but stacked it well:

A weilder weight lifting frame (could not break down), a cast iron bath tub, a 5 tier file cabinet, 3 rolls of chicken wire, a drying machine (stripped and broke down), 3 bed frames, an air compressor tank, about a dozen mop handles, bar stock, part of a heating/air conditioning unit, duct work, sheet metal, dinner table, 5 chairs, a bucket full of chains, chandalier, paint pans, wire shelving racks, cut off ends from hose assemblies, fasteners, misc. metal rods/piping, 2 tool boxes, a fire pit lid, a couple of candy tins and thats about it.

all that was 800 pounds
