I got out this afternoon to do a short hunt and try to add a few coins to the jar before the year ends.
I tried a school yard and decided to try the banks overlooking the playing field figuring that maybe this area had not been
hunted to heavily and I think I made a good decision.
Besides everywhere else seemed to be frozen from the cold snap and light snow we recently had.
In addition to the clad, I got for wheat pennies dating 1944, 1952, and 2 1956's and also managed a 1946 Rosie dime.
I think I'll go back tomorrow and see what else I can recover.
Thanks for looking,
Felix
