Today's two cent boxes - Funny Lincoln Forehead Stamp Error

Picked up a couple cent boxes today to keep myself occupied, nothing too spectacular numbers-wise with ~22% copper, 30 wheats (oldest 1928). The best find of the boxes was this funny 1982 that has a reverse design on the obverse, with a nice mirrored PLURIBUS UNUM across Lincolns forehead. Check it out, it's a one of a kind, probably worth $thousands, maybe even $millions.

Sorry to burst your bubble, not an error. It's happens when two pennies are hammered together. If it was not a mirror image, it would be a clashed die, but yours is not. Good luck!

Yeah, i could tell it was the back of another that got pressed against it...i just don't know enough about these kinds of things to make an accurate description. To me, anything that isn't the way it's supposed to be is an "error". I've never come across one like this, so i just thought it was at least entertaining to show everyone :icon_thumleft:
