I found this token at a 1920s house yesterday, but I don't believe it's all that old (the house was rented out for years). One side has the face of a woman and the word "Beulah" at the bottom. The other side says " Records and Mini Albums, Poem Books Vols. 1 & 2, Radio, T.V. & Singing, Commercials. RT. 1, Crossville, IL. 62827." The token is about the size and thickness of a Sacajewa dollar.

I did a search and found the Beulah Record and Publishing Company in Crossville, IL. I even found a phone number, but it was no longer in service.
Has anyone seen this kind of token before or know its age?

i believe its a Beulah Ballbreaker token from the movie Porky's,just insert swang though the hole and you get a token :D :D

If it didn't have a zip code, I would have guessed it was pretty old. Zips came into use in what, 1964?

A SWAGuess is that the Beulah lady was a gospel artist / poet / etc.

Hey Silver! Great to see you posting! Have you moved back to Cullman yet? Let's go hunting! :)
