Found this today ,on one side it reads 5c good for glass of soda ,the other side reads or ice cream
In the center back the number 65 and on the bottom reads cor.baser or baker cant tell
Anyone ever seen this one ? Was found in Atlanta Thanks for looking !!

it is difficult to make out the obverse. which is needed to asssist where it might be from.
to me the wording needs to be balanced, maybe saying something like:

"the ice cream parlor", h
then the cor. i have found referring to "corner of" but the ones i see on maverick CD have two street names like

[TD="width: 322"]COR. 2ND & YESLER WAY or

[TD="width: 311"]COR. BROADWAY & 17TH ST.

so maybe corner of baker baser ....

then again it could be abbreviations of the owner first name.

then it's hard to tell but looks like there is something under the # you say is 65.

this one may just be too far gone to find good info.

the reverse --- good for / 5 (cent sign) / glass of soda --- is seen on other similar tokens.[/TD]

Agree with intimer. This token must say something like "name ICE CREAM PARLOR" If any of the letters of the missing word can be read, it will help. No match is found on the TokenCatalog site. No "ICE CREAM PARLOR" with the number 65 on it. A higher resolution image might help... rgreever@hotmail.com
