Found this in an 1800s park. Feels like brass maybe? 25c stamped in it. Maybe a token of some kind?? Any ideas?

That or it was poured into some mold or cast? A poster on instagram suggested it was a home made poker chip. That seems very possible as well but I can't really find and similar example.

It’s the broken off head from an old 1925 telephone or telegraph pole. The IC stands for “International Creosote Co”.
