TOKEN OR TAG????

I'm not sure which it would be and can't find any info on it. It's say's GENERAL ELECTRIC WATER COOLERS with a pic of a cooler on one side. The other side say's As Little As 2 cents per-day to run. Any idea's? THANX.. HH
