🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Token?

I found this today on a c. 1870 property. Couple houses down from an early 1700s property. Hard to see here but it says, in part: “ [something] Rubenstein 135 Liberty Street” and the number 577. On the back, not much. (No shank.) Greenish so I’m guessing copper? Is this a token of some kind?
