Love dry salt bacon, sliced thin, then fried crisp. Serve with cream gravy, blackeyed peas, cornbread, and fresh sliced tomatoes. Yum, yum. Been several years since I've had this; and that's toooo looong!! Got to get some soon.

Sorry to hear that. Guy Clark, a great folk singer songwriter from Texas. Great songs about everyday life for everyday people. I had one of his cassettes in my old collection. 1970's it was. Some great American folk singers were a bit more mainstream in those days. Not like the mainstream artist of today with nothing, but the gimmicks and false way of life they live to suck into the pockets of today's easy to con generation who live a life of never enough.
