Tommie copper products, do they work?

Ive noticed my elbow has been killing me for the past three weeks, I can barely lift the gallon of milk out of the frig. And this being my MD swinging arm I need to make sure it's up to par before spring.

Has anyone tried these products yet? Especially the elbow compression sleeve.

Is this copper nylon real? Or should I just glue wheat pennies around my elbow and see if that works.

You do realize that copper,though needed by the human body,can and will be toxic if to much is in your body.That includes wearing it for long periods of time against your skin.
