Some time ago experimenting with Metal Detector Air Tests i thought of an idea to make these tests simpler... quicker... and perhaps more accurate than the common method of waving various coin denominations at random distances .... pull tabs... rusty nails...silver paper... gold & silver rings...:

I intend to post my idea along with some simple bare drawings that may help some Detectorists. on TREASURENET (T.T.T).

Toms Tone Tester,

A simple Idea with minimum cost and materials you might have lying around. I would post the simple drawings or photograph's but can't see how it is done on this forum... come to think about it! perhaps this is not possible on this forum.
