I went to a creak bead that is along a known Native American trail.
I saw this stone and wiped it off and saw that it looked to be a tool of some sort. It is rounded to a smooth point on the front wear it looks like it has more weir than any other part of the item. Also, it has 2 notches wear maby it was atached to a shaft or somthing.
Anyone know what type it is or what its name is?

Hard to say sir. Looks to have some wear on one of the bits but it does not jump out to me as a specific made artifact.Lots of times though they used things if they could serve a purpose which may be the case here.Maybe some of the xperts will chime in for further analysis : )
 

Would it help if i posted pics of the edges?
 

If they show work/wear, grinding, pecking or percussion removal it might.
