✅ SOLVED Tool or what, please help with id

Hello tnet friends, I found this detecting in an old homestead/ garbage dump. I cleaned it up with a vinegar soak then electrolysis bath and it came out real good. The socket end has a square 3/4' inside dimension, could it be a tool. Any help would be much appreciated and hh. Also it looks like the socket end has what appears to be 20 stamped on 1 side
