Tooth found in cave

Any help with I D. I found this in a cave years ago. It appears to be fossilized, very heavy for a tooth. From a limestone cave in N. Alabama. Taper? Cave Bear?

It appears to be a tapir upper cheek tooth.

Very cool!! I got a cave bear tooth on the border in a cave. Harry has a good post somewhere on preserving with duco cement I think?
