Common error :P Actually TV-02 - which is in gist with the Mexico maker's mark standards started around 1979.

From 925-1000.com
About 1979, the eagle system was put to rest and replaced by a new letter/number mark to indicate the silversmith and guarantee sterling standard.
The
first letter indicates location, and there are few in use, those most commonly seen are: T, M, G & C
T is for Taxco - others are M for Mexico City, G is probably Guadalajara and C most likely Cuernavaca.
The
second letter indicates the first initial of the last name of the silversmith.
The
number indicates the "nth" smith, with a name beginning with said letter, to register a mark in his city's assay office.
So TV-02 indicates Taxco, some smith with a last name of V that was the second one to register in his/hers city's assay office
Still like to know what those two are up to. Either doing the "big nasty" or some sacrifice has occurred. Heck, perhaps both
From the looks of those two, they sure deserve each other
