Tornado!!!!!!!

A tornado just went by our house! Warning went out, Wife was in the safe room with her motorcycle helmet on. Got dead calm, I mean fricken dead calm. You could see the clouds start to funnel inward, sirens going off everywhere.......holy ****, still on the ground heading east towards the coast. Now sunny and super windy.....

Them's sum dam scary things.
I'd rather go through 10 hurricanes than 1 tornado. At least with a hurricane you know they're coming well in advance and you have a choice of whether you want to be fool enough to ride it out or not. A tornado can be on you in seconds so it's not like you've got a whole lot of choice.

Glad you got to see it and not live it.

Good thoughts go out to those that weren't so fortunate and had to live it.
