La tortuga la encontre casi en la cima de un cerro ,tiene unas piedras que hacen una linea de este a oeste , su cabeza se orienta al sur y lo que parece su cola se orienta al norte
Tiene unos hoyos en el costado del caparazon y uno hoyo con algo que parece un circulo encima del caparazon , voy a mandar fotos tambien de eso.

Translation:
"I found the turtle almost on top of a hill, it has some stones that make a line from east to west, its head faces south and what appears to be its tail faces north
It has some holes in the side of the shell and one hole with something that looks like a circle on top of the shell, I will also send photos of that"

Looks to me like fossil coral porites/microatoll. Possibly someone came along and stylized them into turtle shapes.
