Tough Period but still producing...

Last month was our worst ever June since records began. We had the odd good finds but overall recordable finds were low.
Today we tried to grid from the opposite side of the field from where we left off. After 2.5 hours it was a near write-off, so after lunch we moved to the middle section. This area started to produce a little & its where we will return next time.
(5 hour & 15 min Hunt)

3 Roman Coins, takes us to exactly 500 bronze this year.

18th C Lead African style head from a tobacco lid
Medieval Gilt Buckle Plate with Mythical Beast
16th C Sword Belt Hanger (Hook) - Might be one of my only complete examples.
