Got a whole bag of flatware for $5 at a garage sale-----there were a bunch of misc. patterns/pieces all thrown in together.

Can you guys help me identify this pattern on these pieces?

The stamp on the back has the makers name(Towle) , a "T" inside a shield, & C.1968.

And is this just silverplate or is it actually silver? Would it be marked Sterling if it was silver?

Also in this bag was a beautiful set of International Deepsilver Silverplate, "Rochambeau" pattern, 47 pieces! (Looks like that pattern sells pretty good on ebay :hello2:. )IMG_2137 (800x645).webpIMG_2138 (800x533).webpIMG_2142 (800x534).webp

And there was one small, slotted spoon mixed in bunch that is marked "Sterling" and some other kind of mark---looks kinda like an owl with a "w" in the middle of it?
Anyone know who the maker is on this piece>IMG_2143 (800x427).webpIMG_2145 (800x533).webpIMG_2149 (800x533).webpIMG_2151 (800x534).webp

Thanks for looking and any help!!

Definately got your moneys worth. Very nice patterns. All I know bout this is if it is not marked sterling or .925 or aged. It's plated. Nice Find!

My best guess off hand for the sterling spoon would be Weidlich Sterling Spoon Co the spoon is repousse so may be more valueable as a collectors peice rather then a scrap peice. can't remember the pattern off hand
