trade token or coin?

Not sure what this really is and looking to find out more about it. Im guessing its a token but i cant find any information out about it any help would be appreciated. thanks in advance. It is about the size of a quarter. 20150303_183136.webp20150303_183202.webp20150303_183335.webp
 

Looks like a trade token, all right. Probably a pool check in the pool hall of someone whose initials were I. N. The problem, of course, is determining who/where/when it was. It is not listed on tokencatalog.com - if you can get better closeups, it might be worth posting there. You could also check local business directories for the period 1920-1950 and see if you can find someone with those initials in a business that may have used this.

I"m wondering if this token was part of the series of tokens that were created by private sources to supply small change during the severe coin shortages between 1833-42. ??

ya its been tough trying to find something about this coin or at least similar to it i have noticed most are at least double sided. This on is single sided. It would have been nice if there was even a date on there to help with searching but there is not. Hopefully someone will know. thanks
