Train Robbery, 2000 Indiahead Pennies ?

Anyone familiar with This One ?
I haven't been able to Find any news reports, but
need more info then Pennsylvania "Train robbery" Pennies
brings up too many off topics on pennies. so does adding Uniontwn or Fayette
