He seems to be Going through too Fast, & he refused to pick up a few Pennies because they looked dirty
and threw a pair of Sunglasses away because they were "Cheap"

The item he tossed due to illegality is a grinder.
( I looked up what it's for and the one I found said it's for grinding "herb" fine for vaping....)
