Treasure in southern Brazil

My wife is from Itaqui, Brazil. Does anyone have any treasure leads for this area of southern Brazil? There are remains of an old Jesuit mission in the city. I have always wanted to check it out, but it sits on the grounds of a military base. Any info on this area would be helpful.
