Hey guys! Had another great day of detecting! Since it is summer, I am trying to get as much detecting in as possible before I go back to school. This is the second day in a row that I have gone and had a great time! No silver or gold today, but did get another keeper to add to the detecting book. JuJu and I started out at 7am and ended at noon. We hit various schools and soccer fields. About the 3rd school, I got a really high half dollar signal. Thinking it was a half dollar, I dug it and it turned out to be a really awesome Treasure Island Gaming token! The token is from Las Vegas, Navada and is worth $1 for the slot machines. It's not old, but its definatly an awesome find! 
I also thought it was very appropriate find, because techically metal detectorists are pirates searching for treasure! 
The front and the reverse are the same. I also got $1.19 in change. I am on a major silver drought for this year, so far I have not gotten anything this month in terms of silver. I believe I will. Anyways, Happy Hunting!
