treasure magazine guide book needed

I am looking for a guide that lists all treasure magazines printed (or at least a lot of them). Specifically which issues were printed so you will know when your collection is complete. I heard someone named Stephen Clemens put out such a guide at one time. Does anyone know where I can get such a guidebook?
