I got out today after work. Decided last minute to hit a spot I've been eyeballing.
First target was an 1871 IHC.

For those in the know, that's a Key date IHC.
A few minutes and a couple buckles later I get a 12/34 on the CTX and out pops a copper

That's the lowest reading KG I've ever dug. Typically they're between 12/38-12/41.
A couple silver coins later I was outta of there to continue my day as Papa.

Not pictured is a roosie I spent.

Can't get a date off the KG but it's all fine with me. I was just planning on going straight home this afternoon so this is just gravy
Good digging
Steve
