I have always liked the tri-notched point, in some regions they are called a Harold point. These points were used in late pre-historic to historic era. This one was found in a site that dates to Circa early 1800,s. the lithic used is Windy ridge Quartsite. For a size reference, it is sitting on a jewelry box that would hold a ring.

Very Nice!! That is one of my favorite types as well. They are not real common up here though.

I like it. It always amazes me the notching on the small western types. That one is a dandy. Thanks for the view.
