I dug this big old wrench out of the yard of my childhood home, it was about 5" down, under some roots. My father passed away a couple of years ago so unfortunately I can't ask him. I've got a few old tractor and wagon wrenches but have not been able to positively identify this one.

I know that for a few years in the early 1900's there was a railroad going through there, even a cannery on one of the neighbors propperty. However the track was pulled back up for the iron right around the start of WW1. My brother insists it is somehow related to the train, but I can't seem to pin down what or where it came from.

2"-1 1/8"-1 1/4" (sizes it fits)

Thanks.

I think it would be an auto/tractor multi wrench with the large one being for the hub grease cap. 2-inches is a hair too big for a model T (I believe) but others were larger.
I'd take a wire brush to it and look for numbers/markings.

I was thinking bike wrench, too until I saw the sizes. Also, that wrench looks a little big to carry on a bike, unless you also wanted to use it for self defense. Unfortunately, it may not have a specific purpose, but instead just be a multi-wrench.

It took a lot of digging not only to recover this old relic from beneath the tree roots but even more to identify.
It turns out this old dude is most likely an early automotive hubcap wrench.

I see this was tagged as solved?
Does my ID was considered as correct?
I was confident in my ID
I believe the larger hole on the wrench was for the nut on the handlebar

handlebar, front wheel nuts and back nuts required different sized nuts, including the nut under the seat for seat adjustment

To further narrow it down it went to a Hupmobile.
A car I'd never heard of prior to finding this wrench.
