True Treasure Stoy in Need of Cryptogram Help

I have been researching a treasure that I have solved about 80%. I am now stuck on a cryptogram. Is there anyone who can help me?
I am willing to share/pay for your help if it leads to solving this story. Please let me know as I have been working on this for a year.

RT, there should be someone here that could point out some certain things to help you keep going. This forum has had many signs, symbols and some downright unfathomable designs, letters etc., etc.
Post whatever is the problem-- don't give gps numbers, nor what county this is in. Too many trolls waiting for gps numbers.

there are a few you can use online, you dont need to download a program
and are you sure its a cryptogram
