✅ SOLVED trying to date an old padlock?

Found parts of an old lock and I know its not "ancient" - but wondered when they started stamping "SECURE 4 LEVER" on the key plate?

Its not as neat as a modern lock so wonder if it was stamped by hand?




The logo / icon has me intrigued too - could this help with its origin?
