Wow, these are always tough to match. You might start by searching "ancient Islamic coins". It would be VERY helpful if you post the size, weight, and your best guess at the type of metal for this coin. also info on how/where you got it could be helpful for research. More info, better/faster results...

I don't think it's 1500 years old. There are some Indian coins that are early 1900s and 1800s.
