Trying to find more info on sterling buckle piece ?

I found this ladies sterling buckle piece along with a couple of other ladies buckle pieces and costume jewlery pieces along with 23 wheaties from the same hole yesterday which I believe was a burning barrel site. The wheaties dated from 1930 back so I assume the sterling buckle is not much older ! The construction of it looks early 20th century as well . It is Marked " O B & H" sterling . Any info on the maker or any other info would be greatly appreciated ! Thanks for looking . MaineRelic

It actually reads "O B & H". A few pieces are listed for sale; unfortunately, they couldn't identify the maker :
