Tuesday, Coin Pickup Day - 07-31-2007

As I am trying to catch up with my pile of unsearched pennies prior to my trip to Las Vegas in two weeks I only picked up the following this week

1 - $25 bag of pennies
1 - $100 bag of nickels
1 - $1000 bag of dimes

Granted, all I passed on was 2 - $50 bags of pennies as it was a low week, but gotta catch up.

Completed the $100 bag of nickels last night...about average.

Japan, 1 Yen (1976)
Sweden, 2 Ore (1970)

and 2 Namco Arcade tokens

Bag of dimes complete.

4 pre-1965 Roosevelt (1951-D, 1954-D, 1962-D, 1964-D)

9 Canadian (1972, 1974, 1976, 1977, 1979, 1981, 1989, 1994, 1998)

2 pennies

GMan if you keep buying new bags of pennies you'll never get to those backlogged bags! Hopefully you'll have them done by Dec. 31st so you can count them among this year's totals.

Down to $425 in pennies left (almost done with the $25 from this week. ) Had about $1000 in pennies a couple of weeks ago.

The $25 bag was one of my worst as far as quantity, but it delivered my first 1955-S of the year so not all bad.

The totals for the bag were:

3 wheat pennies (1951-D, 1955-D, 1955-S)

13 Canadian (1966(2), 1968, 1975(2), 1981(2), 1982(2), 1984, 1985, 1987, 1993)

And that wraps up this Tuesday's pickup.
