turtle island

there's an group of island that looks like a turtle, ships and mushroom in one province.
my mom love adventure, she discover that no one ever tried to sleep at turtle island because at night someone go there who eat humans and theres a lot of spirit in there, well, she love adventure so she brought me and my sister in the turtle island to sleep in one night! we have bonfire and nothing else.. we discover that there,s a beautiful cave which looks like a room with beautiful curtains of big roots hanging..the night come... me and my sister sleep at the center of the cave, my mom didn't sleep, she guard the cave, then at 12midnight we wake up, a lot of snakes come up, hanging with the roots, sneeking at the hole, they looks like watching, guarding at thier tail looks like dancing in a hole, my mom dont feel any fear, while me and sis tried to sleep again we believed that they wont hurt us. then, 3am come... mom hear a lot of animals, barking, snorking, there,s a chicken, dog, pig, tokai, and many more..
the thing is, she heard it where there's no one living in that place, she tried to find where the noise came from, and she found herself facing at the big rock... and there she heard a voices talking and talking but she can't understand, thats when she feel fear, not for her but for me and my sis. my grandfather taught some prayers to my mom, a prayer for spirits, so she pray and pray until the noise vanished and the last noise she heard is the big snake living in that island. then the sun come up.. we leave the place while the other people on the other island was waiting for us if we were okay and asking what happened..

that thing happened when i was 10years old and my sister was 8yearsold...
i dont tried to sleep there again, but my mom and the other did last 2010 and there's a lot thing happened....

My mom have a lot of fireworks, she was thinking wheres the safe place to use that... she remember the turtle island, they go there with my 3 cousin, 2 auntie and 5 neighborhood, they stay at the cave again, because the water was in hightide, they don't sleep, they drink wine, celebrate, sing a song, at 1 am they tried to use the fireworks, the fountain doesn't work, and the other doesn't work either, so they stop to use the fireworks, they continue to drink and make some noise, then they know about the story about the snake when we sleep there, so they ask and tried to look for a snake but no single snake came up, they were dizzy and noisy at 3am, there's a big bird came up in the sky, an abnormal size bird, and it go to a branch of tree.. then it start laughing! a laugh of a woman! their dizziness vanished! they stunned! one run to the shore, the other run inside the cave, my cousin go to her mom, my mom come with my auntie and my cousin, the big bird don't stop laughing. if my grandfather teach my mom some prayer, my auntie have a lot of things know about spirits and abnormal things she's the real student of my grandfather about healing and other stuff, so she start to talk to the big bird, but it doesn't stop laughing and dont leave, so my mom try her stuff she even tried to shot it but missed and the big bird get angry... snakes come up and wind start blowing wild. so my untie tried her stuff again and run but the bird followed them, my cousin was so afraid... they start to talk bad words like "get out you f@c^*&@#", (those creatures get angry and leave when you said some shit... i dont know why but LOL! it really works in here, i just dont know in other country if that thing works) then the bird leave and because they are filipino (always happy and dont think and worry to much) they start laughing in what happened on them, they realized that they were so noisy and that creature got mad and decide to visit them... they stop drinking and get their stuff because sun coming up, and when the sun come up the fireworks start working! they run again to hide! because it work on their own! LOL! i remember what my cousin looks like while saying this "she hide on the cave and she said that it looks like a action movie hiding from a gunshot! the people run in different side to hide!

at first i dont believed even my own mom told that story, but when i talk to my cousin, my auntie and the neighbor in different time and place, they told me a same thing with action how they hide lol! and they still laughing when they remember that, they said that they wont try to sleep in that island again even my mom bring a lot of food and stuff... even she give money.. they said to my mom they will bring my mom to that island but they go home before night and wont sleep there....lol!
the other neighbor told them that there's really something in that island and they don't listen to them but they listen to my mom, they want to try to sleep there because we're the only one who tried to do that and that what they got a true adventure with abnormal big laughing bird.. lol!


i'll try to find the picture of that island and post in here, it's really looks like a turtle.. so beautiful...
