Two Finds of This Last Week
I have found these two brooches in the last few days .With the Tekenics T2. first a Romano Celtic Horse & Rider type A.D.50 to A.D. 150. Still has enamel remaining. It is thought that its a local deity riding the horse. It is certainly a Celt due to the hair style 33 mm long.
The other is A Pagan Period Anglo Saxon Square Head type circa 6th century A.D. 50 mm long
