Hey hey fellow treasure hunters, well had a few hours today to do a little detecting with my new Minelab x-terra 70. So I grap my gear and head to a spot that gives up something old every now and then to try my luck. After an hour of finding the usual clad and mix of junk since I have pulled a few nice nickles from here in the past, Just about to give up there for the day and move on and I get a nice solid high tone reading 8 inches, well last one I thought. Dug the plug kinda deep and sure enouph at the bottom of the eight inch or so hole was this 1904s Barber half. This is the first Barber Half I have found, and first silver with my new detector I got friday. Must say I think this machine is a keeper. HH and thanks for looking.
