Do a google search on them, you will be surprised as to the value of these things. I found one once in a lot of foreign coins in an auction years ago. I paid less than one cent for mine, turns out its like $100 bucks or so.

ANTHAR SILBA is a abbreviation of Non Silba Sed Anthar, a Ku Klux Klan slogan intended to mean "Not Self, But Others."

There is discussion on translation if it is pure Latin, or a combination of Latin or Gothic language.

I have the coin pictured in the lower half. I couldn't find any meaning in Greek, Latin, or otherwise. Now I have more info than I did. Thank you OP and Molewacker. No sale here though. The coin in my possession will just disappear.
